Charlie is a lawyer working in finance and emerging technology with specialisms in AI, crypto and DeFi.  He advises businesses, protocols, policymakers, and governments.

He is an Advisor to Cointelligence Fund; a Board Advisor to Holistic AI; an Advisory Board Member of the Investment Association’s Engine; and an Advisory Board Member of the UK APPGs on AI and Blockchain.

He is co-author and editor of AI Law and Regulation (Edward Elgar, 2022) and author of The Financing of Intangible Assets, TMT Finance and Emerging Technologies (Butterworths, 2019).
