How many CPD points will I earn?

You can gain up to 7.5 CPD hours by attending this conference. If you add a pre-conference masterclass, you can gain an additional 3 CPD points. 
The max points available are 10.5 CPD points. 
A certificate will be sent to you post event to add to your CPD folder.  

Can I bring a team to the event?

Yes, you can – and with 4 tracks of content there is plenty of learning for all of your team. Note that sessions will not be recorded so bringing a team can allow you to benefit from more of the content by comparing notes with your colleagues! 
Group discounts are available for groups of 3 or more.

Can I give my ticket to a colleague if I am no longer able to make it on the event day?

Yes. Please advise our customer service team up to 48hrs before the event if somebody else will be attending in your place. If there is a name change on the day of the event, please advise the events Registration Desk. 
 

Can I book a Pre-Conference Masterclass only?

No, you need to book your masterclass along with a Summit ticket. This can be done via our ticket page here by selecting the option “Conference & Masterclass”. If you wish to add a masterclass to a previously purchased Conference-only ticket, please contact our team at delegate@int-comp.org.  

I am attending the Graduation Ceremony - is there a discount to attend the Summit too?

Are there ICA member discounts available?

Yes, if you are a current member of the ICA you can book your ticket with a 15% discount on the ticket page here. The discount will apply to the current rate applicable at the date of purchase.

I need a visa to attend the conference, what support do you offer?

We can provide a supporting letter for your visa application process. Please inform us at events@int-comp.org of your requirements. Please note that visa support can only be offered to delegates who have purchased a ticket and the payment and processing of the visa application ahead of the conference dates is the delegate’s responsibility.  
 
In the eventuality that the visa is not approved by the conference, please contact the customer services team to discuss a credit for another event, and failing that a refund. Please refer to our full Ts and Cs for full details on our refund and cancellation policy. 

I need approval from my manager to attend the conference. What support can you provide?
